You can directly reset an Oculus Quest 2 in the headset, in case you are unable to use the app. Turn off the headset, then press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the boot menu appears. Use volume keys in order to scroll to Factory Reset, press the power button to choose it, and press Yes to confirm. Your Quest 2 will format all files and be rebooted.
